Yelp should have the ability to give negative ratings to a company eg negative one star, negative five stars etc.
This company is a complete disaster. The second worst I've dealt with in Alberta.
There are consistent waits of 1/2 hour or more on the phone as well as long waits in person and apathetic or unknowledgable staff. It's a truly horrible organization.
I'd rather be Woody Allen's stepchild than deal with these people. They arbitrarily increased my auto insurance without telling me and then I had to wait forever to get them on the phone I HATE AMA
