I have to agree with some of the comments on here. As soon as I walked in, it was extremely noisy, a little disorganized and there was this "higher than though" attitude that I really got turned off by. It also took a while for someone to actually acknowledge I was there and check me in for my appointment. The appointment was on time, the facial was fine (wasn't impressed or blown out of the water, but wasn't disappointed). It seemed like the esthetician was more concerned to sell me products than address my questions/concerns about my skin in general. I got the Ultimate Oxygen which really involved maybe FIVE minutes of actually using the O2 machine. Rest of the time was putting on/off masks and a quick massage. Not sure if it was worth it really. Probably won't be going back - just didn't get a warm vibe to be honest. Plus I'm really not like any of their regular clientele, that's just not my scene. There was a 10 year old girl getting her eyebrows done - really?!
