Terrible, terrible, terrible. For getting free money from an insurance company you think they would care about their service. 4 appointments to my house, 1 to the store, 2 from a specialist and finally my windshield is changed. 1st apointment, they replaced with a scratched/warped replacement. Tech came out 2nd time, evaluated and said to remove and change...also the black seal at the bottom was bubbled and needed to be replaced. 3rd trip out. Tech brought black seal but no windshield. Tech 4, between the hours of 6am and 10am came out. Replaced windshield and broke the dimmer in my rear view mirror. Now I'm tired of appointments and 4 hour time windows so I make an appointment and go to the store to have them fix what they broke. They treat me like I'm crazy, can't find anything wrong. Can't test in the day, don't know what they are doing. Manager finally tells me, the crazy person, that he will send a guy out to my house to evaluate. The guy finds it failing in seconds! Orders a new part, next week replaces. All of this and I find out that safetlite uses cheap windshields and quality is no where near manufacturer. I give up.
