I've been coming here for the last year and a half. The car washer guys do a good job, the guy who takes your car in is nice, but the woman behind the counter is lousy at customer service. Last time I came in i was told by the nicer (different) counter woman I was at 9 washes (tenth is free) next one is free. I came in today to get my free wash, and the woman charged me $28.95. She said it only says 9 in the system. I accepted it and I asked for a piece of paper with date saying my next one was free, since I wanted physical proof in case this happened again. She was totally rude and said tough, she has to charge me what the system says, and she doesn't have to write anything to me. I've spent $300 bucks here so far the last couple of months. After my next free wash (if her ancient tracking system doesnt screw me out of that one) this place is getting no more of my money simply because of my experience with her. The other lady is way nicer. Say bye to this loyal customer. I wouldn't care if it was the low cost package, but i get the highest package everytime because I love my truck. 3 stars for the awesome car wash staff, - 2 just for lousy counter service experience.
