After walking aimlessly through uptown on our first trip to Charlotte we finally took shelter in the comfort of Valhalla Pub. We were new to the town, and had no idea what kind of place this would be. After our first visit this has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Uptown!
It's a very fun, casual environment, with awesome decor. The waitstaff is always very friendly and helpful. It's a pub, so the service isn't quick. But, if you are going to just enjoy your time, it's well worth the wait.
We got the grilled cheese sandwich and black bean burger. Both were fantastic! Delicious food, and a great beer selection. What more can you ask for?
