I have lived here for two years now and these apartments are in a horrible neighborhood and the staff is just as bad. I was broken into my car countless times and when i was on vacation last sept my apartment was robbed completely. They do not let you break your lease under any circumstance and to buy out of it is so expensive. They were bought recently and are under new ownership and they are "spending lots of money" "renovating" these apartments so they decided to up my rent 200 more dollars. And to move into one on these renovated units its 600 dollars more than my rent that i signed a lease for two years ago!
Absurd! Do not spend big bucks on these completely horrible apartments. The staff lies to you, for example i referred a friend to sign a lease here and i was promised a 200 dollar referral check 30 days after she paid her first months rent, its four months later! Still no check and the fronts excuse was they forgot to have her sign an extra paper, even after i bugged them about it for four entire months, and trust me this is not even the the worst theyve been. My ceiling was leaking water for days they bluffed on getting that fixed, water damage has been all over my unit since ive moved in. One thing breaks then another and another and another. These buildings are soooo old theres absolutely no way, even after the renovation that these will be worth what they are listing them now.
