While I'm sure this is a reputable clinic, they chose to treat me poorly. I arrived 5 minutes early for a 3:00 p.m. appointment and was pretty much ignored till 3:30 when I my dog and I were brought to a room and told "they'll check you in soon". The doctor was kind to my dog and I feel like he gave her a decent albeit minimal exam. I can only assume that I did something to illicit such unprofessional treatment, my apologies. I won't be returning to this clinic.
In reading some other reviews it seems to me the clinic is making judgement calls on who they want their clients to be and let the unwanted know by poor service.. buyer beware.
