I'm a new patient with Dr. Yee. I called about a month ago to book an appointment. They were booked up a few weeks but that seems normal this time of year with the weather change and allergies.
I got to the office and went to the front window to check in. The staff there was very friendly and smiling, even joked with me a little bit. I forgot to come a little early so it took a little time to fill out my new patient forms.
They called me back maybe 15 minutes after I finished my forms. The check was fine and quick. I had blood work done while I was waiting to see dr. Yee and that too was quick and painless.
When Dr. Yee came in she was very nice and attentive to all of my questions. In my experience lots of doctors are very rushed to get in and out and on to the next patient. Dr. Yee didn't do that at all. When we were done she walked me out and thanked me for stopping in. I love my new doctor.
