Overall, I had a very good experience here. Stephanie and Chris were both very friendly with me and showed me various options for what I was looking for. Upon making a selection (a Polaris couch) we were able to negotiate a price and complete the sale via down payment and financing the remainder of it. I independently verified that the price I was getting was competitive and fair compared to other stores and dealers. Unfortunately the couch I wanted and paid for wasn't available due to an issue at the manufacturer with their inventory. Instead I decided to go with the Polaris Mini and we were able to smoothy alter the transaction. There was a three week delay in receiving it from the day I was quoted due to it being briefly backordered, but after that was delivered to the store in boxes and in perfect condition. Somewhat frustrating, but I wasn't in a huge rush to receive it so it didn't bother me that much. Having worked in retail before, I know that sometimes unexpected delays happen beyond the control of the vendor. Based off of my experience I intend to buy more furniture again from them in the future.
