Vehicle maintenance is my least favorite adventure. I always feel anxiety when I go to a garage whether I've been there before or not. It's the unknown... being up sold or taken advantage of. I stopped at a competitor that was closer to my home but they were too busy and couldn't get me in for an oil change for 2 hours. I decided to head up the road and remembered this place and decided to take a chance. There was no line or waiting. They had me drive right in and got started immediately. I figured I would have them check a few other things like my tires, headlights and air filters. They were super nice about my additional requests but didn't have the cabin filter in stock... it's an unusual one and I know it. They are having it delivered and asked me to come back which I will gladly do.
Bottom line on this review: they were friendly, courteous, fast, efficient and most of all I don't feel like I was taken advantage of. I am very satisfied and will recommend this place to others and return in the future. Thank you!
