I made an appointment for a full interior detail. I bought a used car a few days before making the appointment and the seats were extremely dirty and stained looking like things had been spilled. I spoke to the owner when I went in for a quote and he ensured me they should come out just fine then talked me through a fabric protectant procedure and said they'd only apply it with my approval after the cleaning. Got a call within two hours of them opening that the seats came completely clean and I was invited to see them before going through with the protectant. Couldn't be happier!
