Today was the last straw. We needed a prescription refilled and it took 4 phone calls after they said it had been faxed- it hadn't. We have been thinking of moving - ever since Dr Gold left. Only reason we had not switched is our dog is elderly so thought it better to stay. I am not confident in services provided anymore so a move is worth the hassle.
