Worst experience with their Finance department. Bait and switch plus hidden charges we had to negotiate to be taken off then they kept adding them back and forth. Later on they still charged to transfer an old title on the trade in they already have the Lien to! So many phone calls and visits to the place with more frustration building up. We would never use them to purchase a car again. There is no value to calling and explaining the story for the 10th time to a manager so I can be put on hold and repeat. In addition, I transferred the loan to my local credit union so there is nothing to resolve the bad taste of this buying experience.
