I actually sent an email to My Appliance Guy via Yelp on Wednesday evening. Within an hour I had a reply email and then a phone call. I explained my issue, and Mario Senior gave me the option of 8:00 - 12:00 or 2:00 to 5:00 the following day. Due to my schedule, I chose the afternoon appointment. About 3:00 I received a call that the technician was 30 minutes away. I actually had 2 refrigerators that needed attention. The first was diagnosed as having a "Hard Start" compressor, and I was offered a "Hard Start" kit for $240.00, with the caveat that although the kit was guaranteed, the compressor could still fail and that would not be guaranteed. Extremely pleased to know this up front, I declined and opted to purchase a new refrigerator. The second refrigerator I had accidentally dropped off the hand truck as I was moving it to the garage, and knocked a mechanism out of whack that supports the freezer drawer moving in and out. That was a tough job, but the technician got it done, and I felt the final bill was more than reasonable. Great job, My Appliance Guy!
