This is a non-gaming hotel right next to Arias. I stayed at the 1,360 sq ft. two-bed room loft. You get your walking closet. The kitchen is equipped with Sub-zero refrigerator, Bosch microwave and oven, dish washer and wine refrigerator! The view is incredible, overlooking the 15 Fwy. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. Whatever I requested, dishes, detergent, extra pillow or light repair, they came within 20 minutes. The rooms are stylishly decorated. The hotel provides complimentary round-trip limousine service to the airport. There is a market downstairs that sells cold and hot food as well as wines, cheese and fruits. Needless to say, they are over-priced. Line could be long in the morning for breakfast. Likewise, the Starbucks usually has a long line as well. Other than a cozy nice bar downstairs, the hotel does not have restaurants and shops. You will need to walk to Arias and Crystal Court to dine and shop. Location of the hotel is great. It's not exactly on the Strip but it's close enough that you can walk to the Strip. It shares the same tram station as the Bellagio. If family and quietness are your focus, this is definitely the hotel to stay in Vegas.
