Returns can be a hassle! Attempted to make a return at the Fitchburg store and was told the pots and pans are not in the system, even though they're Hy-vee branded. Thus, I would have to return the pots to the Madison West store, where I bought them. This is a huge hassle and only foresee this issue being more pervasive for others with the holidays.
Stores operate 'independently,' thus certain items are exclusive to that store, even though they're branded with the Hy-Vee logo.
