Doctor Trainor maybe a good doctor but it's offset by a terrible office staff. I was supposed to have surgery for a deviated septum and I should have known something was off when I was having to call the office literally 3:30 the day before to find out when it was going to be. Danielle was supposed to call 3 days prior to schedule. I left messages which apparently go into a black hole because Danielle never returned the messages. I only found out when surgery would be by calling the front desk who then had to reachout to Danielle. So then I show up to the hospital day of surgery to find out it was still pending insurance approval. Upon calling the insurance company I learned that enticare only submitted the request 10 days prior to surgery and United Healthcare takes up to 15 business days to approve. So Enticare had over 2 months lead time and submits to the insurance 10 days prior. I had to day of opt not to have the surgery and walk out of the hospital leaving Dr. Trainor in there getting ready for a surgery that wouldn't happen because of office staff neglect. Now I will need to find a new ent and wait till next year for my surgery. I'm sure there are plenty of better ent's in PHX to choose from so stay clear of this one
