I got a tattoo there by a former employee. He was an absolute ass to me on the phone and continually threatened to cancel my appointment (which I had to book off work weeks in advance). Once there he rushed my tattoo and, while the picture is what I wanted, bruised up so bad I could barely bend my wrist and took ages to heal. My husband, who also got a tattoo by him that day, ended up with deep scarring that also hasn't healed. After my bruising healed I realized I had immense ink spread under my skin that makes me look perpetually bruised the likes of which no one has seen as bad as mine before. https://imgur.com/gallery/Do0Je I tried contacting tiki town and they just told me that the artist was no longer there . I tried speaking with him and he actually laughed and told me it was because I followed tiki towns care instructions. This is not my first tattoo, nor my husband's. We are now marked with flawed tattooes that have scarred us permanently. Although I understand the artist is no longer there, I feel tiki town should have at least tried to assist me in coming to a resolution as I ultimately paid them for the tattoo. I want our money back which I can use to get treatments and coverups. Instead tiki town has refused to respond to me at all and has removed any comments I have made on their social media in attempt to contact them. It would go a long way if the company would at least acknowledge me and try to come to some sort of compensation for this.
