Bought a pre-owned truck here. Worst customer service I have experienced. 1 star is too much! I was assured they did a full inspection prior to purchase and it had NO issues.. I asked for a 30 day warranty which they dont offer, and was ensured by the sales manager this truck was a one owner with NO issues because it was inspected that day, and if there were any issues to bring it in and they would take care of it.. GET IT IN WRITING!!! The truck had a major leak I noticed in the driveway that week. They told me I was past the 3 day return policy and refused to fix the power steering rack which was pouring fluid out. They quoted me $1300 to replace the rack after I fought for hours for them to even look at it. The used car manager Brad was extremely unprofessional. I explained the issue with the truck leaking and his response was "that sucks, get with service in a month and they can get you an estimate". Unbelievable right?!?! I knew he was just blowing me off and I verified that when I called the dealership that day as a random shopper with the same issue and they said they would be able to look at it within two hours... I just bought this truck 5 days prior! I mentioned the issues with the truck and Brad to the General Manager AND the owner and they stuck up for him and said he is stressed out... THATS NOT THE CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM. They refused to take care of the leaks on my truck and offered an estimate... They said it must have happened after I bought the truck.. well power steering racks dont leak overnight- this thing was puking before I got it... the truck also has no a/c come to find out, the valve cover gaskets are leaking oil, and other several major issues I wish I would have looked for when I bought the truck --- but it was pouring rain that night.
If you are considering a pre-owned car, pass this dealership and cross your fingers for the next one. The used car inspection is a joke.. you would be able to buy a car with these kind of problems on craigslist... there is no pride in the work this dealer performs and they no value for their customer. Go to Findlay! I wish I never left!
