I stopped by there this morning to find a replacement sofa. After I walked around the store a bit, Phillip (Sales Associate; and except for the Sales Mgr., seemingly the only 1 there at the time) greeted me. I told him that I was looking for a plain old sofa and he took me to see one. It was actually very comfortable and I liked the design. As part of the package deal, it also was a great price. But, by itself, the price was nearly doubled the package price and the color was darker that I was planning on. Phillip really tried to be helpful. And while he was checking with the Mgr about my budget, I was on the phone to my S.O. to check about the color and when he came back, I held up a finger to signal him to wait 1 minute. After hanging up, I waited about 5 minutes. Then, I stood up and got Philips attention. So, I sat down to wait... and wait.... and wait. When I stood up again, Phillip filling out paperwork for another customer. :( Multi-tasking at its worse. And, after the other reviews, I doubt that I will go back.
