Generally, the Calgary airport is clean, organized and overall the staff are helpful. It is not a huge airport and it is easy to navigate. Airports can be overwhelming, chaotic, confusing and unfriendly places, so big points for some sanity here. They have the basics in regards to food and shops, so there is a good chance that one's basic needs (or wants) can be met. They offer free wifi - awesome! If one is looking for grand excitement there are not any stand-outs. There is artwork and eye candy for some ambience. Reviewing an airport is very subjective. In good part, it depends on where you are coming from and personal taste.
