This place needs to burn to the bloody ground. I had to go to four windows to try to get my living social tickets redeemed, then the elevators are not handicapped accessible unless you have an employee with you. The whole place is a maze with no directions. The loud music that they blare to cater to unwashed miscreants with shitty music taste is completely unnecessary. The London eye puts this place to shame. Never again.
