My family and I have been to Healthcare Partners many times. The customer service has always been good. Clean environment. Wait time is anywhere between 30 minutes to a hour and a half. Recently the quick care relocated to the suite next door. I have seen around 5 different doctors for quick care they listen to my needs and have given good advice and prescriptions I may need to get better. Only issue I have ever had is finding out a correct diagnosis to medical concerns beyond the common cold. I highly suggest going if you have a cold and need a quick fix but seeing a primary care doctor if you have a more serious health condition that you need looked into further.
