I interviewed about 5 contractors and went with Kirk Development largely because of Berry. He is a nice guy and knows how to think through a project; but most of all we went with them because they are professional. Berry always calls back, shows up on time, and does what he says he is going to do. The Kirk Development team were fantastic, We had them design and develop a master plan for remodeling our house and for our backyard landscape. I really liked what they came up with. They built a patio and completely revamped the back yard, including lighting. Overall we were really happy with their service. But you should know up front that they are not cheap. You pay for the professionalism., but you know the project will get done on time and it will be done right.
