I'm a regular at the Express Lunch usually once a week or so..had a server (who didn't introduce herself) and was pretty lackluster. I ordered the soup and penne. Normally I opt for the ceaser salad but I was in the mood to try the white bean soup instead. After a couple of bites in, I found a hair in the soup. Gross right? It happens though, however when it does, I expect some type of empathy and a gesture to show that you value my business. Didn't get that from them today. Didn't get it from the server, or the manager with the wrinkled shirt. The meal was only 9 bucks...comp the meal bud, offer a gift card, OFFER SOMETHING... This is a nice place with cloth napkins and salad forks. I won't be back. The server ruined the experience when she didn't even take the time to acknowledge the hair in the soup. Nor did she offer more bread and put all of our checks on one ticket. They weren't even busy for her to be so lazy....do better Aria and next time your staff comes in on a day they don't want to be there, do your patrons a favor and send them home for the day. The guy with the cheese though...A1
