Passed by here 100 times. I never went in because I live about 10 mins away, so I guess I was always going somewhere else at the time Anyway...I dont know how many of you have noticed that supermarkets have stopped selling sirloin with the coulotte (fat-cap) attached. It's a travesty. It's insulting. My body will not tolerate red meat, unless it has a lot of fat. So I called Larry's and asked if they keep the fat-cap on the sirloin and they said yes. And it was a decent price. So I went there this morning. The guy who helped me was very nice. He did all the fanatical things that I asked him to do (e.g. cutting, wrapping, etc.), and he didn't roll his eyes once. I walked around while he was preparing my package, and saw 4 shelves that had just barbecue sauce. And good sauce. Premium. You won't find them in supermarkets. It was very smart, the produce they had in there... onions, peppers, all the things that work well with steak. And, I just ate one of steaks, so that put the on 5th star.
