I see the sign outside that says "walk-ins welcome". I was curious to try a new wax place because I have only been to European wax center. As soon as I "walk-in", the front desk lady asks if I have an appointment and I tell her "No, your sign said walk-ins welcome." Instead of trying to accommodate me she just says they are booked and doesn't offer any type of apology for their misleading sign. So I recommend she remove the sign, probably a good idea so it won't happen again. She says "yea, that's true." Literally, all you had to do was show some apologetic side and have good customer service skills and a simple mistake would have been forgiven. I'm a server, I understand things don't go as planned. You didn't care. I've gone across to Walgreens and back, and the sign is still there. Good job. You had one job. And I'm a hairy girl and a good tipper. You would have gotten a loyal customer.
