we've been customers of el burrito since they began on decatur and it is so very sad to see what they've become. we have had trouble using coupons (the managnent flat out refused to honour them because of a disagreement with the coupon provider) i was charged $65 for an order and when i got to the restaurant i was treated rudely for using a web based company to place my order. i was told "i've been hanging up on them over and over." i had to make a second order and contact the company to get a refund. which can only be applied if the company speaks with the restaurant. so i had to make sure the restaurant didn't "hang up on them over and over" again. if you have a problem with outside vendors then you work that out with those companies. do not blame your customers. do not inconvenience your customers. if a restaurant doesn't respect it's customers, should they receive patronage?
