I was on time to my appointment and they were about 15 minutes late on taking me back. The lady who took me back apologized for the wait and was very polite and nice.she mentioned the doctor will be in shortly. The doctor came out a few times to get some supplies in my room. He didn't say hi just that he'd be right with me twice. I waited about 15 minutes with his assistant. I grow impatient and grabbed my phone to play on it for another 10minutes.
Instead of the doctor apologizing and introducing himself, he seemed agitated and arranged for me to be taken for an X-ray. At the X-ray room his assistant was obviously new and it took took other people to assist her with the equipment. After my X-ray I went back to my room. Mind you these rooms don't have doors and I had to leave my purse in that room. Kind of unsafe for consultation rooms.
Then the doctor asked me if I had known the difference two types of teeth, Umm no! That's not my profession. To sum it up he in his exact words he compared my teeth structure to a cartoon, that I'm 'one' of those Scottsdale girls that I can get Botox to hide my smile and said I can use my X-ray printouts for Halloween. He is by far the rudest Doctor I have EVER encountered and the most unprofessional. I don't care if you think your prices are the lowest, I will NEVER be back! And all my 'Scottsdale' friends won't step foot in here after they hear if my experience. The immature, arrogant Doctor does not have my vote.
Wow, worst experience ever! I highly recommend that you go elsewhere! The two stars are for the girls that work there that tried to make my experience less embarrassing!
