i purchased the window screens and doors one year ago (see previous reviews).I was told to puchase the doors because they would honor the warranty if someone burglarized my home (which they did not honor). Luckily, after i found out that you cannot use a standard door lock ( they have their own patented trademarked locks) I purchased 2 extra locks, keyed diffently. Now, 1 year later, one of the door locks has fallen apart. If you're going to purchase this stuff, and spend $12-$20k, do your homework. I certainly wish i had. I spent $14,000 with this company, and i regret it.
