I read a bad review recently on this mall and remember going there a couple weeks back. I felt the same the mall is ran down and filled with nonsense and trashy people. I think the owners are going for quantity not quality. Among the swap meet type shops, weird kid rides/kid areas, and just plain stuff crammed into every hallway there are some unique stores worth checking out. But after asking some questions and talking to employees and some shop owners the census is that the new owners are just looking for money and not trying to help the mall grow in a positive upscale manner. It does look like the management is just filling every hole in the mall with whoever will pay them with little concern on the big picture. All I could suggest is that maybe a long term goal is needed with some emphasis on quality tenants. Maybe give better rates to the tenants but make the tenants maintain a level of quality and cleanliness. That could bring back this mall. But management may want to do this or something before this becomes a overall failure.
