I found this nail salon & decided to go during my lunch break. I was excited to get a pedicure because it has been a while & I felt it would be a great way to relax. When I came in I was immediately seated, which of course was great. As I sat down the water was very very cold but the nail tech quickly added hot water from the sink multiple times to make the water warm which I had no problem with. While I was getting my service I over heard the specialist next to me tell her customer she had a better seat than me & that my water was icy cold. That immediately hurt my feelings, there were many seats open before I sat down so why did I have to sit at the seat that only had cold water? & why did the specialist have the need to let her customer know, to make her feel more welcome? To make her think she was a well taken care of customer? I continued with my service & after let the lady at the desk know I was upset. Other than that, the place was nice but I will not be returning.
