I will never go anywhere else for any kind of tire service after today! I had a nail in the center of my tire and took it to a Firestone close to my work. After keeping my car for 3 hours, they told me the hole was too large to patch and that the only solution was a new tire. I decided to take my car over to Discount for a second opinion (and to be closer to home), and from the moment I got there everyone was so kind. Richard helped me out and got me situated. He was so nice and so personable. In short, Adam was able to patch the hole in my tire (free of charge!) with no issues whatsoever. He was very helpful and very knowledgable and trustworthy. I am thankful I did not in fact need a new tire today, but when I do, I will NOT go anywhere else! Thank you!!!
