I had hit a post and dented my left rear quarter panel and scratched part of the bumper on my VW EOS.
Paulo and Irene were friendly and efficient. Paulo provided me with two estimates one with the bumper included in the repair and the other without. I took the lesser of the two and he repaired the bumper anyway at no additional cost...amazing!
A very clean and orderly place, my car was fixed beautifully in a few days, washed and cleaned inside and out when I arrived. The courtesy ride and espresso was also appreciated. I can't tell you how happy I was with their service.
