I've had a really horrible day filled with tremendous discomfort and stress thanks to the beyond horrible customer service of Southwest Medical Urgent Care (Charleston & S. Rancho Drive). The embarrassing service and disgustingly rude treatment coming from Shireen was the ultimate tipping point that had brought me to deep tears from all the stress and pain. That is when I realized Southwest Urgent Care is far from genuinely caring. (They didn't even pretend to care!) This experience should have not turned so wrong. I just wanted to get antibiotics for my infected wound that happened at work then Shireen from Southwest Med. Urgent Care had poured her frustration out unto the RN helping me to figure out how the simple task of subscribing antibiotics could have been taken cared of. The embarrassing mistreatment was the last straw to all my week's worth of stress. I busted out sobbing. My thumb was not bandage wrapped after the 4 stitches I underwent. Causing it to easily be able to get infected since I work in a kitchen (they knew this). No antibiotics were prescribed. Disgusting treatment from Shireen. She changed her attitude when realizing I was taking down her information to later specifically identify her in this complaint. I had an exhausting long wait from 7:40pm - 2:30am just to finally see my doctor, Dr. Jae Kwon Doe, whom was really chill and kind. Thanks to the abundant amount of NO service the nurse gave me, I had to be subjected into emotional and physical agony when I had my infected stitches removed and drained of all infectious puss. Luckily no infection spread to the bone (x-rays were needed). Never have I ever had any treatment this atrocious that I had to create my first Yelp account to warn others! Shireen, why haven't you retired yet? You will be offering the community a gracious blessing if you do.
