I saw the optometrist humiliating and embarrassing a customer today, in front of her toddler, because she was on Ontario Works. She, the doctor, made it a point to shout out so that everyone could hear, and kept asking who it was that was covering the prescription so that the young mother had to keep repeating it. This is not the Canadian way. This is not how you treat people. Especially when you're supposed to be a healthcare professional. Boycott this place and spend your money elsewhere.
