Really loved the first set of photos I ordered through the app but it seems the quality of the prints vary depending on who is working. Doesn't seem to be any quality control considering I received one that was printed on the wrong side of the paper and another where the ink ran out so the pic looked like a ghost image. The second time the darks were way too dark. Mike had them re-print them and they came out great the second time. The third time the girl had my lighten all of the dark ones and they pretty much looked identical to the first ones printed. It's also obvious some paper stock is mishandled because it's scratched up and speckled but then other times it's perfectly clean. I was really excited to find this lab on my trip bc I'm a photographer and I never print anything because I don't like glossy paper, nor framing photos behind glass. This seemed like a great alternative but I'm too leery to order online bc there are way too many print issues.
