Place is nice and neat like all Barnes and nobles usually are. Customer service, not so much. They basically help you find the spot to look for your book but when they help you look, they get irritated and start giving you an attitude and try to get you to get something else that's irrelevant lol. They are very impatient and sarcastic at times. Not saying all staff are just some. They don't have many selections because each time I go there are usually people at the customer service desk trying to get info on which other locations has what they are looking for. I think they can do better... Love the location though:)
