Horrible horrible horrible!! Do not rent !!
These people are crooks ! Their tenants mean nothing to them! I rented a property in Gilbert and was totally scammed. First of all we asked about the house having scorpions due to us having 3 little kids and were told no by Laura. Wrong ! We were finding scorpions in the house and outside on a daily basis as well as my 2 yr old son being stung! We also were out of hot water for 3 weeks due to the water heater being out and the owner sending someone out numerous times to "fix it" obviously not wanting to spend the money to replace it but finally did after I got on the phone and had a heated exchange with a Laura. After that the house we rented was really old and the tile and grout were old and yellow microwave broke after a month, the plumbing was horrible and everything was leaking ... After a while we just got tired of trying to call because our calls wouldn't be returned as well as Laura not wanting to talk to us and instead would tell us to email her and would not respond until a few days later ! Now mind you I have been with several property management companies the last 10 years and this is by far the worst ! They act nice and inviting when your looking to rent, then when you rent it's like they could care less about you and just wanna collect your money ! On the last day of our lease we went in to talk to Laura and was basically told she was unavailable to talk to. I then got a big attitude with the lady at the front desk and then outta no where pops up Laura ! Who then basically told us there's no time table as to when we were gonna get our deposit back and that she can't tell us when she's gonna go look at the property. And don't get me started on how we got screwed with the deposit !! All in all horrible property management company horrible customer service!
