It seems like I have had a similar experience to another reviewer on here previously.
I recently hired Jose to come out and do regular maintenance/cleanup on our property. They did a decent job, and I was satisfied. I asked him about bi-weekly costs and obtained a price quote. I also advised him I would be calling him again for the next time. He didn't advise me that I would need to schedule anything super far in advance, and it wasn't needed the first two times I called him out previously.
The third time I tried to contact him for a normal service, he didn't respond until a day later advising me he was booked. He didn't offer any other times/dates when he could stop by, and his responses we very late or non existent (unless I followed up two or three times asking for a response). He honestly didn't seem very concerned with keeping my business, and toward the end of our conversations was flat out rude and unprofessional. I have included a snip-it from one of his last messages to me below:
-sorry you believe your needs are above everyone else's. Like I said I get booked fast.-
In conclusion, I understand this is a busy season. Being busy, however, does not justify this lack of responses/professionalism nor his rudeness.
They do a standard job for a standard price, but I wouldn't actually DEPEND on consistent service with this company.
