Callahan is an excellent inspector! I have been referring Callahan for over 2 yrs now. As a realtor, he is on my preferred vendor list and my buyers always choose him - he is an owner/operator; thorough and patient - answers any and all questions we have. His reports are easy to read through and he sends them the same night. He is extremely knowledgeable. I have done 3 inspections in the last 2 weeks with him at various times and have never felt rushed. He sticks around as long as we need to get all our questions and concerns addressed. He brought along his assistant, Katrina, who has been a pleasure to see and work with. A++ So glad to have an inspector I can trust to refer to my clients.
