I'd hate for this business to get passed over because of 1 review. A One stop shops like Lowe's and Home Depot are great for most DIY projects but for niche crafts like key making and lock replacing ; stick to the experts. Long story short, I came here looking for a post office lock and to make a few keys. The old man working (sorry I suck at remembering names) was very thorough. He brought out a plethora of locks and tried to ID the correct one. I was not sure if it was a left or right lock so I asked him if I could take it to figure out which one I needed. He obliged and let me try them out. He quickly showed me how to install the lock and armed with knowledge and 2 locks I went home to try them out. I ended up getting the right lock I needed and save a grip of money doing it myself. Its really rare to have such detailed customer service these days. He couldn't easily been a jerk and tried to push for him to install it instead of helping me out. If you need any keys made of locks replaced support small business; support these guys out...
