Indicated the pool could be cleaned within a week. Waited five days to see when it would be scheduled. indicated it would be scheduled in two days, on Friday which I am not available to be home. I requested a different day and he couldn't accommodate. Told me he was too busy. Didn't try to work out a different schedule. Oh well, business lost. Must be making tons of money to not need additional customers.
In response to the owner: I did not message you on Monday. I contacted you Saturday and you indicated you would schedule. You went dark and I contacted you today, Wednesday, and you indicated it would be scheduled for Friday which did not work. You failed to communicate the schedule and proceeded with purchasing materials without a confirmed appointment. When trying to reschedule you indicating nothing was available for the next week and a half. No apology just excuses and lies.
