Heard their ad on the local radio and decided to give them a call to clean some fabric dining room chairs. They had a minimum trip fee, which was a little on the expensive side but we gave them a try anyway. The technician that came out was very nice and knowledgeable and had the chairs looking like new in about 30 min! About a month after the cleaning we started to see some of the stains returning. After 90 days the stains had all returned. I gave them a call and talked to two different people and was told they only have a 30 day guarantee and I would have to pay to have them come out again. I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a voice mail. I left a message and am waiting to see if they will stand behind their service. If they do I will write a new review!
