Cindy, the rep who came out to provide the estimate, was wonderful - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly - told me things none of the other companies providing estimates told me about. The guy who came out to measure and the guys who came out to install were efficient and professional! There was a miscommunication about the backsplash, so I called Cindy and later that day, the guy who did the measuring for the install came out to install the backsplash. Great customer service, responsive, great price, on-time. Did everything they said they would do and very professionally, too! Even my project manager was impressed by this company.
