I called the store seeking help after dealing with their "service department" for over two months to get them to repair my TV for which I bought their extended warranty. I spoke to Terrance, the supervisor there. He was uninterested in doing absolutely anything to help me. He didn't offer me any solution other than a phone number. I have bought electronics and furniture there for over five years and spent thousands of dollars. I have never been treated as rudely as I was by this man. He just does not care at all. I am yet to get someone to fix my TV after two months of waiting. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this store. I called the Mills Mall Tempe location and the manager there was much more helpful. She is helping me sort this out. Their extended warranty leaves a lot to be desired, at this point I want nothing but to return their TV and get my money back.
