By far the best customer service experience I have ever had as a sprint customer, and I have been one for over 5 years. I can't say enough wonderful things about William, my sales associate. I was uneasy about upgrading my iPhone 5 (I fear change) but it was acting up, so I knew the end was near... William sympathized with my "irrational" fear of change and made my upgrade painless... He also helped to apply my employer discounts to my account, making my bill even less.. I feel so fortunate that William assisted me today, he's amazing
