Staff is friendly and helpful. But the optician is the worst, seriously the worst. He literally spent 3 seconds measuring me for new frames. I've been to lots of opticians, and I've never dealt with anyone who does such a cursory and careless job. He appears to hate dealing with customers, and may or may not even know what he's doing. Avoid.
