Had a terrible experience with these cleaning services. Katie was responsive prior to the appointment, I had a deep cleaning booked for a 468 ft. condo which meant many of the services on listed for deep cleaning weren't applicable, still somehow they managed to entirely miss my stove which I even asked Katie about ahead of time - to ensure they would clean this.
They took $30 off my total charge, but still paying $105 for the inconvenience of having to clean myself, especially given that our home doesn't have enough space or belongings (it's an Air BnB) to justify the cost is brutal. Other things were missed like cleaning the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, dusting of certain areas. Very disappointing. When I followed up on the service, I never even received an apology.
