Great store with a good selection but often staffed by surly, rude, or unfriendly employees. When you call, they do things like pick up and the phone and set it on the counter without even answering or asking if you can hold. You can hear them ringing up people in the background while you say, "Hello? Hello?". I have been to this store dozens of times (I like vintage games) and the service is a crap shoot every time, you never know what you're going to get. Games are usually priced a fair bit more than ebay or half.com but there is still something fun about buying a game and taking it home and immediately popping it in and playing. And the games are solid, I've never had any issues with any cartridges not working - more than I can say for ebay and half. The selection is impressive and it's great to window shop all the vintage games and see what your own games are roughly worth.
